By accessing or using BeautyBlueprintAI, submitting a photograph, creating an analysis, requesting a report, downloading a PDF, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
The service is intended for users aged 18 or older. A user under 18 may use it only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The service is not directed to children under 13, and you must not submit personal data or photographs from a child under 13.
3. Description of the Service
BeautyBlueprintAI provides AI-assisted personal color, undertone, contrast, makeup, hair, clothing, and style recommendations. The service may include a free preview, paid digital reports such as Beauty Blueprint Basic and Beauty Blueprint Deluxe, saved access, email delivery, and PDF functionality.
Features, prices, limits, provider availability, and report content may change. Prices shown before checkout may include USD 9 for Basic and USD 19 for Deluxe, but prices and offers may change prospectively.
4. AI-Generated and Informational Results
Outputs are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, inconsistent, subjective, incomplete, or unsuitable for you.
Results are for informational and personal-style purposes. They are not medical, dermatological, health, cosmetic-treatment, psychological, or other professional advice. Do not rely on the service to diagnose skin conditions, allergies, hair or scalp disorders, or any health concern.
You should consult an appropriate licensed professional for medical, allergy, dermatology, cosmetic-treatment, or health concerns. You remain responsible for your decisions, product purchases, product use, patch testing, salon choices, and interpretation of the results.
5. Photo and Content Submissions
You must own or have permission to submit any photograph, answer, preference, or other content you provide. Submit only a photograph of yourself unless you have clear permission from the depicted adult. Do not submit a minor's image unless you have the lawful authority of a parent or legal guardian.
Do not submit illegal, deceptive, infringing, non-consensual, intimate, abusive, harmful, or privacy-invasive content, and do not submit another person's private information without permission.
You retain ownership of your submitted photographs. You grant BeautyBlueprintAI a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transform, and transmit submitted content solely as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the requested service.
6. Free Previews and Usage Limits
Free preview limits may apply by email, device, browser, network, or other fraud-prevention signals. Attempts to bypass limits may lead to refusal, suspension, or loss of access. Free features are not guaranteed to remain available.
7. Purchases, Pricing, and Merchant of Record
Product details and prices are presented before checkout. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for purchases processed through its hosted checkout and may impose buyer terms. Taxes, payment methods, receipts, fraud checks, refunds, chargebacks, and payment-card processing are handled during checkout by Lemon Squeezy.
Access is provided after successful payment confirmation and verified webhook processing. Prices and offers may change prospectively. There is no recurring billing unless recurring billing is clearly disclosed at checkout.
8. Digital Products, Delivery, and Access
Reports are digital content. Access may be delivered through the site, email, an accountless secure link, or PDF. You must provide a valid, accessible email address and are responsible for preserving downloaded copies.
Temporary outages, expired links, anti-abuse controls, payment-verification delays, provider outages, or security checks may affect access. Support may attempt to restore access after reasonable verification, but restoration is not guaranteed indefinitely.
9. Refunds and Chargebacks
Because products are personalized digital content delivered or generated promptly, refund eligibility may be limited after generation, access, or download. Applicable consumer law may provide mandatory rights, and Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms and merchant-of-record process may apply.
Refund or order questions can be sent to hello@beautyblueprintai.com with order details. Payment disputes, refunds, taxes, and chargebacks may also be handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in access termination. This section does not limit non-waivable statutory rights.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service unlawfully, scrape it with automated tools, reverse engineer it, conduct security testing without permission, overload the service, commit fraud, bypass payment or preview limits, resell personal reports, copy the service or branding, or use outputs to harass, discriminate against, diagnose, or make high-impact decisions about another person.
11. Intellectual Property
The site, branding, layouts, software, report templates, visual identity, and original materials belong to BeautyBlueprintAI or its licensors. You retain ownership of your submitted photos.
When you purchase a report, you receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use that report for private use. You may not resell, redistribute, extract templates from, commercially republish, or copy protected service materials without permission. Nothing in these Terms claims ownership over underlying facts, user-owned content, or third-party materials beyond what law permits.
12. Product and Affiliate Recommendations
Third-party product references are informational and are not guarantees of suitability, availability, safety, ingredient compatibility, or results. Ingredients, formulations, shades, availability, pricing, and retailer terms can change. Patch testing and professional advice may be appropriate.

These may include Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI or other AI providers, Lemon Squeezy, Google Analytics 4, Meta, Resend, PDFShift, and third-party retailers. Third-party outages, changes, terms, or policies may affect service availability.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." BeautyBlueprintAI does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, exact color accuracy, commercial success, personal satisfaction, product suitability, or that recommendations will match your preferences or needs.
Screen calibration, lighting, camera quality, makeup, filters, photo conditions, AI limitations, and subjective interpretation can affect results.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeautyBlueprintAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages where such exclusions are permitted. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, total liability for claims relating to a specific product or service is capped at the greater of the amount you paid to BeautyBlueprintAI for the specific product giving rise to the claim during the preceding 12 months or USD 100.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify BeautyBlueprintAI from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, unlawful submissions, infringement of another person's rights, or violation of these Terms.
18. Suspension and Termination
BeautyBlueprintAI may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, payment issues, chargeback abuse, or violations of these Terms.
19. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. Updates apply prospectively unless a different effective date is stated. When appropriate, we may provide notice of material changes.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
No verified operating legal entity location or governing jurisdiction has been provided in this repository, so these Terms do not select a state, country, arbitration forum, court, class-action waiver, jury waiver, or mandatory venue. Governing law and available forums depend on applicable law and the location and legal status of the service operator and user.
Mandatory consumer rights are preserved. Where permitted, please contact hello@beautyblueprintai.com first so the parties can try to resolve disputes informally and in good faith before litigation. This section requires later attorney review and completion once the operating legal entity and jurisdiction are confirmed.
21. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any checkout terms presented by Lemon Squeezy, form the agreement for your use of the service.
