BeautyBlueprintAI provides AI-assisted personal color, undertone, contrast, makeup, hair, clothing, and style recommendations. This policy covers the website, free previews, paid digital reports, PDF functionality, transactional emails, analytics, advertising measurement, and related support.

This policy does not guarantee compliance with every privacy law in every location. Your rights and our obligations may vary depending on where you live, how you use the service, and which laws apply.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your email address, questionnaire responses, beauty preferences, selected plan, support messages, and photographs or selfies submitted for analysis.

Photos are genuinely uploaded and processed. We may store submitted information, generated analysis data, report data, image metadata, photo storage paths, purchase and access status, and usage events in Supabase so we can generate, save, retrieve, limit, and deliver analyses and reports.

We collect technical and usage information such as pages viewed, events, browser and device information, referring source, approximate location derived from technical signals, session information, and logs used for security, debugging, analytics, and abuse prevention.

Payment-card details are handled by Lemon Squeezy through its hosted checkout. BeautyBlueprintAI does not directly store full payment-card numbers. We may receive and retain order-related information such as order ID, product, amount, currency, status, purchaser email, access status, and refund status.

Cookies, browser storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies may be used for site functionality, analytics, advertising measurement, attribution, fraud prevention, and performance monitoring.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to produce AI-assisted analyses, previews, reports, and downloadable PDFs; save and retrieve reports; send transactional emails; process and fulfill paid access; provide support; enforce preview, payment, fraud, and abuse limits; secure, debug, monitor, and improve the service; measure analytics, attribution, and advertising performance; meet legal obligations; and resolve disputes.

Preview limits may be applied by email address and may also involve usage, event, device, browser, network, or other anti-abuse signals.

4. Legal Bases Where Applicable

Depending on your location and the activity involved, BeautyBlueprintAI may rely on performance of a requested service or contract, your consent, legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, and compliance with legal obligations. The applicable basis depends on the activity and jurisdiction.

5. Photos and AI Processing

Photos are uploaded and processed to produce the analysis you request. The service is intended to analyze visible coloring and style characteristics, not to identify the person in the photograph.

Recommendations are generated or assisted by automated artificial-intelligence systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, subjective, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular person. The service is not medical, dermatological, psychological, health, or professional treatment advice.

Submitted content may be processed by hosting, storage, infrastructure, and AI-processing providers, including OpenAI or other AI providers where real analysis is enabled. Photos and analyses may be retained for service operation, retrieval, security, abuse prevention, payment access, support, and user-request handling.

You may request deletion by emailing hello@beautyblueprintai.com. Deletion may be subject to legal, security, anti-fraud, backup, payment, tax, dispute, and operational retention requirements.

6. Analytics, Cookies, and Advertising Technologies

BeautyBlueprintAI uses analytics and advertising technologies to understand traffic, improve the service, and measure conversion activity. These tools may use cookies, browser storage, IP-derived location, device identifiers, pixels, tags, or similar technologies.

7. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help operate the website, process data, provide AI assistance, store reports and photos, send emails, create PDFs, process payments, measure analytics and advertising, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and security, to investigate fraud or abuse, in connection with a merger, sale, financing, reorganization, or similar corporate transaction, or when you instruct us to do so.

We do not sell your submitted photographs or analysis reports. BeautyBlueprintAI does not sell personal information for money. However, analytics or advertising disclosures may be treated as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some laws.

8. Service Providers

Current provider categories include Vercel for hosting and infrastructure; Supabase for database, persistence, and storage; OpenAI or other AI-processing providers for generating or assisting with analyses; Resend for transactional email; Lemon Squeezy for hosted checkout, payments, order processing, tax handling, fraud prevention, refunds, and purchaser services; PDFShift for PDF generation where applicable; Google Analytics 4 for analytics and conversion measurement; and Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API for advertising measurement and attribution.

Each provider may process data under its own terms and privacy policies. This policy does not guarantee any provider's practices or state that a specific signed sub-processor agreement exists unless separately verified.

9. Payments and Orders

Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for purchases processed through its checkout. Lemon Squeezy handles payment-card data, applicable transaction taxes, payment processing, buyer receipts, payment disputes, refunds, chargebacks, and related purchaser services.

BeautyBlueprintAI may receive and retain order ID, product, amount, currency, payment status, purchaser email, paid plan, access status, paid date, refund status, and related event records so we can verify payment, unlock access, prevent duplicate purchase events, provide support, and maintain accurate records.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including analysis retrieval, report access, payment fulfillment, customer support, preview-limit enforcement, security, debugging, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

We do not promise exact retention periods or immediate deletion of every copy. Some information may remain in backups, security records, tax or order records, fraud-prevention records, logs, or legal records after a deletion request where permitted or required.

11. International Data Processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where BeautyBlueprintAI and its service providers operate. Data-protection rights, safeguards, and transfer rules vary by jurisdiction.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we do not claim that data is breach-proof, anonymous, encrypted everywhere, HIPAA-compliant, SOC 2 certified, or ISO-certified.

13. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict, or receive a portable copy of certain personal information; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; appeal a privacy decision; opt out of promotional emails; manage cookies where controls are available; or lodge a complaint with a regulator.

We may deny or limit requests where permitted by law, including for security, anti-fraud, backup, payment, tax, legal, operational, or dispute-resolution reasons. Operational or transaction-related emails may still be sent when necessary.

14. United States State Privacy Notice

Residents of certain US states may have privacy rights depending on applicable thresholds and law. BeautyBlueprintAI does not claim that it is currently subject to every state privacy law.

Some analytics or advertising activity may be considered "sharing," "targeted advertising," or similar activity under certain laws. Applicable opt-out controls will be provided where required.

15. Children and Minors

The service is intended for users aged 18 or older. A user under 18 may use it only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The service is not directed to children under 13, and BeautyBlueprintAI does not knowingly solicit photographs or personal data from children under 13.

16. Third-Party Links

Third-party retailers, checkout pages, social platforms, affiliate sites, and other linked services have separate terms and privacy policies. BeautyBlueprintAI is not responsible for their practices.
